Privacy policy

Nexa Power Ltd is the data controller for information you give us through this website, by phone or by email.

What we collect

Your name, contact details, property address and the details of the work you ask about. If you send photos of your installation we keep them with your enquiry.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, quote and carry out work, issue certificates, and meet our legal obligations under the Building Regulations and our scheme memberships. Certificates and test results are kept for a minimum of six years.

Sharing

We share details only where the work requires it: with NAPIT or MCS for certification, with your Distribution Network Operator for solar and EV notifications, with grant bodies where you ask us to claim on your behalf, and with scaffolding or groundworks partners on larger projects. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it by emailing hello@nexapowerandenergy.co.uk. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with our response.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and images from Pexels, which may log your IP address when they are fetched.
